This year marks a very special milestone for us — Mint Maids is celebrating 10 years in business!

What started in 2016 as a simple mission to help busy families find more balance has grown into something truly meaningful. Over the past decade, we’ve had the privilege of supporting hundreds of homes, building incredible teams, and expanding into new communities — all while staying rooted in our belief that balance is attainable.

A huge part of that growth has been made possible by our incredible franchise partners. Our franchisees are not only business owners, but leaders in their communities who share our values, care deeply about their clients, and help bring the Mint Maids experience to life every single day. We are so proud to grow alongside them.

For me personally, this journey has been full circle. I started with Mint Maids in 2017 as a technician, working inside the homes and learning firsthand what truly matters to our clients. In 2024, I stepped into ownership — a moment that still feels surreal and deeply meaningful. Having grown with this company from the ground up, my commitment to our clients, our teams and franchisee’s has never been stronger.
